I want to write about mental health because I see that a lot of people around me has mental health issues that’s what motivate me to share this on my blog so firstly what is the meaning of mental health. Mental health refers to cognitive,behavioural and emotional wellbeing it is all about how people think,feel and behave. People sometimes use the term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder. Mental health can affect daily living,relationships and physical health. Mental health includes our emotional,psychological and social wellbeing,it affects how we think,feel and act, it also helps determine how we handle stress,relate to others and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life,from childhood and adolescent through adulthood during the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems your thinking mood and behaviour could be affected, many factors contribute to mental health problems which are as follows: Biological factors such as genes or brain chemistry. Life experiences,such as trauma or abuse. Family history of mental health problems
Being a mom like me is a full time job and there is rarely much time to focus on your own health and fitness, you barely have enough time to wash your hair or get a quick bite to eat let alone drive back and forth to the gym to workout. Luckily,there are some great workouts that are perfect for busy stay at home mums that can help you to lose weight and feel great. Exercise is essential for longterm health,being a mum means that you always want to put your family first and you may feel guilty spending time away to workout,however your health is a top priority you need to be there for your years to come. Studies have shown that physical activity is associated with decreased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease that is why maintaining your health is so vital. Workout on your own time, having kids typically means your days are set around their schedules which can be often unpredictable. By using a stay at home mum exercise and weight loss plan you can fit in a quick workout during nap time or while your kids are enjoying their own activities.you don’t have to worry about finding a sitter or scheduling specific times to go exercise you don’t even need to leave the house. Minimal Equipment Needed,you don’t need fancy machines to get in a quality caloric burning and muscle building workout. By just using your own body weight,light weight or resistance bands you can lose weight build strength and get a great looking body even as a busy stay at home mum
Regular exercise is one of the best things you can to for your health.it has many benefits, including improving your overall health and fitness and reducing your risk of many chronic diseases.there are many different types of exercise,it is important that you pick the right types for you most people benefit from a combination of them. 1.Endurance or aerobic activities increase your breathing and heart rate. They keep your heart,lungs and circulatory system healthy and improve your overall fitness examples include brisk walking,jogging,swimming and biking. 2.Strength or resistance training, exercises makes your muscles stronger. some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band. 3.Balance exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and help prevent falls to improve your balance try exercises like standing on one leg. 4. Flexibility; exercises stretch your muscle and can help your body to stay limber, yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible. fitting regular exercise into your daily schedule may seem difficult at first,but you can start slowly and break your exercise time into chunks, even doing ten minutes at a time is fine, you can work your way up to doing the recommended amount of exercise. How much exercise you need depends on your age and health. Other things you can do to make the most of your workout includes 1. Choosing activities that work all the different parts of the body including your core muscles around your back,abdomen and pelvis. Good core strength improves balance and stability and helps to prevent lower back injury. 2. Choosing activities that you enjoy its easier to make exercise a regular part of your life if you have fun doing it. 3. Exercising safely with proper equipment to prevent injuries, also listen to your body and don’t overdo it. 4. Giving yourself goals; the goals should challenge you but also be realistic its also helpful to reward yourself when you reach your goals the reward could be something big like new workout gear,or something smaller such as movie ticket

A sedentary lifestyle and excess caloric consumption are the primary causes of this increase in overweight and obesity,regular exercise is considered an important factor in controlling weight. overweight and obese children and adolescent are at higher risk of developing several medical conditions.clinical studies have shown that regular exercises has numerous benefits,including the following. 1. Preventing weight gain and maintaining healthy weight. 2. Reducing blood pressure and cholesterol. 3. Improving self esteem and self confidence. 4. Decreasing the risk of developing diabetes,cardiovascular diseases and certain types of cancer. 5. Increased life expectancy.
Fitness is the ability to carry out daily tasks with vigour and alertness,which include fatigue and ample energy to enjoy leisure time pursuits and respond to emergencies,fitness involves everything from getting out of bed to hiking and performing several activities in order to complete all of this task,one must consistently address their fitness level,this requires proper conditioning through both structural exercise and leisurely activities.
